Developmental language disorder, DLD, is a disability that manifests itself differently for different children and pupils. Sweden’s Education Act, on the other hand, is the same for all. It states that everyone is to receive the support they need. Teaching children and pupils with developmental language disorder and finding the right support for each individual can be a challenge. We hope that this text will help increase understanding of the problems and provide advice on how to create the right conditions for children and pupils with developmental language disorder in preschools and schools.
